1.4 Payment Information
All payment transactions for Zingo Premium are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card number, bank details, or any sensitive financial information. Razorpay's handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

- Contractual necessity: To deliver subscribed services and features you have requested.
- Legitimate interest: For platform performance, security monitoring, and abuse prevention.
- Legal obligation: When required by government or regulatory authorities under applicable law.
4. Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
- With third-party service providers under confidentiality agreements, solely to operate the Platform (e.g., Supabase for hosting, Razorpay for payments, Remove.bg for image processing).
- With government agencies, law enforcement, or regulators upon a lawful request.
- With successors or acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Zingo, our users, or the public.
5. Third-Party Services
Zingo uses third-party service providers for functions such as cloud storage and database hosting, user authentication, image processing, payment processing, and push notification delivery. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not control their data practices and recommend reviewing their policies independently.
6. Permissions We Request

- Push Notifications: To send you daily card suggestions or updates. You can disable this at any time in your device Settings.
- Media Library (Write): To save a personalised card image to your camera roll when you tap "Save".
7. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored in encrypted databases via Supabase with access control protocols.
- All data transfers use HTTPS encryption.
- Role-based access controls restrict who within our team can access user data.
- Profile photos are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket accessible only to the account owner.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
- User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, or as required by applicable law.
- You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing contact@digitalftprints.com.
- We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any statutory, legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations that may require limited retention of certain information.

10. Children / Minors
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals below the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without required parental or guardian consent, we will delete such data and suspend the account promptly.
